2020 is destined to be an extraordinary year. Under the situation of global epidemic spreading, Juncera technical service team came to Vietnam fearlessly in the face of the crisis. The technical team of Juncera strictly adhered to the technical service process of "Raw material testing, Blank body process, Template pilot test,Glazing technology,Furnace design,Finished product line". A whole line project has been successfully put into operation recently.
From the beginning, Juncera cooperated with customers to collect market product information, conduct detailed accounting of product cost, discuss product marketing channels , and finally clearly position the products to be produced, determine the product standards for cooperation between both parties, and conduct all-round test on the performance of standard products, and design product technical parameters.
Secondly, according to the product parameters formulated by customers, the raw materials of blank body are selected one by one by using the expert management system for building and sanitary ceramics developed by Juncera, and the raw materials with the best performance price ratio are selected. After the data analysis of various properties of the raw materials, the formula is tested. Compared with the experimental results, combined with the primary formula, the pilot test of throwing ball was carried out. This link was completed in the Chinese factory. Finally, at the project site, the Juncera team conducted detailed theoretical training for each position of the customer.
