Using the expert management system of building sanitary ceramics developed by Juncera, in Juncera China laboratory, the body raw materials are selected one by one, and the ceramic body raw materials with the highest cost performance are selected. After the data analysis of the performance of the body raw materials, small experiments are carried out. Comparing the experimental results and combining with the primary formula, the pilot formula was finally determined.
Finally, at the Vietnam production site, Juncera team carried out detailed theoretical training for each position of the customer, and formulated detailed quality control standards for all processes. Juncera equipped with the most professional body engineers, kiln engineers, glaze engineers to assist the factory commissioning.
